After taking a wrong turn at the Crossroads Patrin the Toymaker's Apprentice and the Otters became quite lost. They flew around in the Fish Car for a almost an hour trying to find the train station and finally landed in a big sunflower field to ask directions.
The sunflower field is called Heart’s Meadow, filled with laughing baby flowers watched over by the Meadow Queen. She fixed the travelers a tea to take on their way, with little boxes filled with sandwiches and ginger snaps for Patrin and seaweed cookies shaped like clams for Charles and Brook.
