Change always comes bearing gifts. ~Price Pritchett

And a Happy October from the Toymaker’s Workshop!

The weather is finally cooling off a bit here and we are settled into the rhythm of school. The leaves are beginning to change colors and soup is starting to sound like a good idea.

I’m still drawing away on my hospital help book. I took the reference photos at the local children’s hospital last week. Everyone was so helpful and now I know what an X-ray machine really looks like. If you know of anyone that is planning a hospital visit go to http://www.bowregarde.com You will find lots of good information for children there.

We are planning a little trip up the coast of California next month to Monterey. The Wonderhusband is teaching at a conference up there so we are packing the boy in the backseat and driving up to see OTTERS! (They have one of the finest aquariums in the world there.) If you would like about more of our adventures (most of which involve a very small stuffed dog) go here: The Toymaker’s Journal

The disembodièd have power
To wander as it liketh them,
By wizard oak and fairy stream.
