Charles and Brook Otter and Patrin the Toymaker's Apprentice finally landed in the town of Carousel that afternoon. They were met by the major, a large tabby cat named Lord Marmalade.
The people of Carousel gave them eatable flowers and bowls of seaweed tea that the otters found to be very refreshing.
If you are wondering (and you probably are.) how they were able to fit the Sea horse Carousel into the back of Patrin's flying Fish Car then wonder no longer. Patrin had brought along a Dinkelyzer and shrunk the beautiful carousel down so small that he was able to lift it with one hand and store it in the cargo hold of the ship.
